The Black G10 Bushcraft is a handcrafted, full-tang outdoor knife built with durability, reliability, and practical use in mind.
The blade is made from N690 stainless steel, offering good corrosion resistance, edge retention, and toughness when properly heat-treated. With an estimated hardness of approximately 59–60 HRC, it provides a good balance between cutting performance and durability.
The blade is 11.5 cm long, 3 cm wide, and 4 mm thick. Its bevel extends approximately halfway up the blade, leaving a substantial amount of steel behind the cutting edge. This robust geometry is particularly suited to demanding outdoor tasks such as wood processing, carving, and light batoning. It can also handle food preparation around camp, although its thick geometry is better suited to working with wood than to finely slicing vegetables.
Jimping along the spine provides additional grip and control when applying pressure with the thumb.
The full-tang handle is made from black G10, a durable composite of fiberglass and resin. Unlike natural wood, G10 is highly resistant to moisture, temperature changes, and dimensional movement. It requires very little maintenance, making it an excellent choice for an outdoor knife intended for regular use in demanding conditions.
The handle is shaped for a comfortable and secure grip, while the full-tang construction provides a strong and reliable connection between blade and handle.
The knife comes with a handmade black leather sheath, entirely hand-stitched and decorated with traditional basketweave-style leather tooling.
