This office knife is crafted for versatility and precision. The blade is forged from recycled steel once used in an old circular saw, giving it excellent sharpness, durability, and a Rockwell hardness of around 59–61 HRC. Tough, reliable, and made to last.

The handle is shaped in my signature hybrid style – blending European ergonomics with Japanese elegance – to sit naturally and comfortably in the hand. Made from teak wood, it offers not only a warm and refined look but also natural resistance to moisture and wear thanks to its high oil content. Traditionally used in shipbuilding and fine furniture, teak ensures long-lasting comfort and durability in the kitchen.

Knife Care
Wash by hand with mild soap and water, then dry immediately. Do not use the dishwasher, as heat and detergents can damage both blade and handle.
